Wendy enjoys a glass of drinking waterEverybody gets a custom job… mobile home or multi-million dollar home. It's important that the water well be installed to strict SC-DHEC standards. But it's just as important that the equipment be properly plumbed and installed. This is a 1 horse power Franklin/Schaffer© pump with 40 gallons of storage, a Watts© Filox media filter, and a chlorination system. This system would remove all of the iron and sulfur content in the raw well water and provide the homeowner with a quick and convenient way to occasionally chlorinate his home water system. Working closely with the builder, we installed sleeves for our pipes before the foundation was even poured. Note that all of the piping is straight and square and all electrical components are elevated and in conduit by code ready for the electrician to connect the power. A good water well driller isn't necessarily a good plumber or electrician. We are. And we take the time needed to do a job that you will be proud to recommend to others.

Everybody gets a custom job… mobile home or multi-million dollar home. It's important that the water well be installed to strict SC-DHEC standards. But it's just as important that the equipment be properly plumbed and installed. We work for the best mobile home/modular dealers in the area. They use us because we take the time needed to do a very good job. When possible we mount the pump and/or tank under the home so that they are better protected from severe weather and you don't have to spend the money to build a pump house out in the yard. We normally connect the water line and electrical so that the water system is ready to go when you get your final inspection. We know you have a lot to do before you move in so we make it as simple as possible for you.

DENY THE WATER COMPANY !! USE AS MUCH WATER AS YOU WANT AND NEVER PAY A PENNY FOR IT !!

I have a solid arboricultural/horticultural background. In the 1980's I operated a business called "Water Works." I installed residential and commercial outdoor irrigation systems. Many of our customers wanted a water well so they could avoid the high cost of using city water (and sewer.) I had so many problems sub-contracting water wells that I built my own well drilling equipment. The rest is history. Our company is now one of the top water well drillers in the state. I no longer install outdoor irrigation but you'd be hard pressed to find someone that understands it any better. We work closely with homeowners and landscapers to assess their need and install an affordable, dependable water well system that provides FREE irrigation water for RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL applications.

We've installed water well systems for commercial irrigation at many local schools, parks, and businesses. This particular system provides irrigation water for a city park with multiple ball fields. This translates into a savings of tens-of-thousands of dollars for the city (and for us as tax payers.) We'll be glad to help you design and install a water well system for your particular need.

Keep Your Pond Full

We install water well systems that keep large and small ponds full all around the low-country. If you need a water well system to supply a small pond on your property, a neighborhood pond, or a large duck pond at the hunting club we can install an efficient water well system that delivers the amount of water you need. This particular system was installed sometime around 1995 and still yields an abundance of water for this neighborhood pond. At that time the property manager had us install a nice fiberglass, vented cover with a heat lamp so the system has given them uninterrupted service since.

A water well system for a church, store, or business requires a Small Public Water System permit from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and the requirements are slightly more involved. The storage tanks and other equipment must be housed in a locking pump house that has a 4" concrete slab. The well must also be grouted to a greater depth and there are certain other plumbing and reporting requirements. We will work closely with you or your builder from the projects inception through its' completion to assure that you have a safe and efficient water supply for your organization. We will be glad to assist you in the permitting process.
